Nawaz Sharif’s Return And The PML-N’s Election Strategy Are Discussed In Further Depth By Rana Sanaullah

Minister of the Interior Rana Sanaullah spoke on the election strategy of the incumbent Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and on the return of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Rana Sanaullah told reporters in London that the PML-N is making “full preparations” to take part in the next elections.

In London, Sanaullah met with PML-N officials to discuss strategy for the approaching elections, he added. “Nawaz Sharif is very close to finalising the names for the PML-N parliamentary board.”

According to him, the PML-parliamentary N’s board would choose the candidates to represent the party in the allotted districts. Supreme Leader of the PML-N Nawaz Sharif will chair the parliamentary board.

Party tickets for the candidates will be sent by the board. Before issuing party election tickets in the past, Nawaz Sharif always conducted personal interviews with each candidate.

PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz would arrive in Pakistan on January 27 after leaving London on January 26, as revealed by Sanaullah. In the provinces of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Maryam Nawaz will launch her campaign on February 1.

He predicted that between six and seven prominent PML-N lawmakers will leave to actively campaign for the next election. The interior minister has said that the PML-N is finalising the legal problems associated with Sharif’s return to Pakistan.
