The United States has urged Israel to adhere to the present regulations governing Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Reportedly, the Israeli Minister of Security, Atman Ghafir, violated the holy site of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, prompting the United Nations Security Council to hold an emergency meeting.
China and the UAE called for this meeting.
The UNSC has issued a demand that Bait al-Maqdis’ rules remain unchanged.
The Israeli envoy to the United Nations said his minister’s visit with armed personnel to Bait al-Maqdis was nothing out of the ordinary.
