On Monday, former Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar responded to accusations made by his successor by saying that criticism of him is the same as criticism of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-(PTI) Insaf’s narrative.
The PTI leader declared on Sunday that he did not victimise anybody during his time in office, in response to accusations made against him by the current chief minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi. He continued by saying that he, too, is a man of many words, but he has never spoken anything negative about another person.
The former chief minister of Punjab told reporters outside the Lahore accountability court that he and his present government partners had had conflicts in the past since they are part of a coalition.
Elahi had claimed that Usman Buzdar had ruined the province, and that he had spent the previous four months working tirelessly to restore order.
