Malala Yousafzai, the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize, and her father, Ziauddin Yousafzai, arrived in Pakistan on Tuesday. Before leaving the country on December 16, Malala will attend a number of lectures and workshops during her current tour.

The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) planned a ceremony to honour the Nobel winner for her work in education, and she is scheduled to attend.

She tweeted upon landing in Lahore, “That wonderful feeling of arriving back home in Pakistan never gets old.”

Malala’s previous trip to Pakistan was two months ago, when she went to see the damage caused by the country’s devastating floods.
