Five cases that were set to be heard on Tuesday by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) have been cancelled.

Cases related to the removal of Imran Khan as leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the failure to disclose election spending, the confiscation of prohibited funds, and a request for the publication of a notice of Khan’s win in recent by-elections have all been removed off the list.

The ECP said that the hearings for the aforementioned cases, originally set for tomorrow, will be postponed until December 20 owing to the unavailability of the bench.
