Pak Vs. Eng: Wood Will Replace Livingstone For The Multan Test

Mark Wood will replace the injured Liam Livingstone in the second Test between England and Pakistan, which begins on Friday at Multan International Stadium.

England captain Ben Stokes confirmed the right-arm pacer’s participation on Thursday, claiming he will help them grab 20 wickets.

“Having someone in the squad who can bowl at 150 km per hour is a great bonus for any team,” he stated ahead of the Multan Test.

The pacer missed the first Test owing to a hip injury he received during England’s T20 World Cup run. Stokes stated he’s fit for tomorrow’s second Test.

England leads the historic three-match series against Pakistan 1-0 after winning the first Test by 74 runs in Rawalpindi.
